Bonnie Raitt Spokane Concert reviews
What an accomplished talent!
I have never seen her live but this was a professional show from down beat to close. Keeping sustained high energy across a long show (90 minutes) is no easy feat! She is an excellent singer/slide guitarist/songwriter and she displayed all three skills seemingly with no effort. She played a few unexpected covers, one from Talking Heads that was such a creative funk rendition that you might be fooled into thinking this was her song. The band was all A level players that were brilliant each in their own right. Bonnie is a rare talent and if you like only one song of hers from the radio, go see her! You will love the entire show!
